Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web and mobile applications using React (web) and React Native + Flutter (mobile), alongside associated libraries.
• Build and optimize mobile applications with React Native and Flutter
• Implement pixel-perfect designs directly from Figma files & Independently
• Manage end-to-end app deployment workflows (App Store, Play Store, CI/CD pipelines, server deployments)
• Integrate automation tools and practices to streamline development
• Collaborate with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor or similar) to enhance productivity
• Switch seamlessly between projects and platforms to deliver timely solutions
• Iterate on features and prototypes quickly based on business needs and user feedback

Must-Have Qualifications

• Frontend: Strong experience with React and common web libraries (Redux, React Router, styled-components, etc.)
• Mobile: Hands-on experience with React Native; familiarity with Flutter
• Design: Keen eye for UI/UX; ability to translate Figma designs into production-quality code
• Deployment: Proficient managing App Store & Play Store submissions, server deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
• Automation: Ability to identify opportunities for and implement build/test/deploy automation
• AI Tools: Experience working with code-completion/AI-assistants (e.g., Cursor)
